25% deposit due upon booking event. Payment in full is due on or before the day of your event unless prior arrangements have been make for invoicing. Groups must pay in one payment to receive the group discount. Payments can be made via major credit card, cash, or corporate check. Minimum of 10 guests required for play packages and 20 guests for buffets. Prices do not include 6% Idaho sales tax. An 18% gratuity will be added to the food & beverage portion only. If your group is requesting tax exempt status you must provide us with a valid Idaho ST101 form prior to your event.

Your final guaranteed food & beverage count is due by 5:00pm 10 DAYS prior to your event. Food & beverage counts cannot be lowered less than 10 days prior to your event. If your final guaranteed count increases less than 10 days prior to your event, we will make every attempt to accommodate the additional guests subject to product and staff availability. An additional 25% surcharge will be added to all food items for any guests added to the guaranteed count less than 10 days prior to the event. Notice of cancellation must be given by group leader 10 days prior to event date on all catered events. If client fails to cancel event ten days prior, some or all of non-refundable deposit may be kept by Wahooz. Buffet serving time is 30-60 minutes, depending on menu and size of group, to ensure freshness. No to go boxes on any catered events. Children 3 & under eat for half price.

Some attractions at Wahooz or Roaring Springs may be unavailable due to inclement weather. If this occurs on the date of the event, we will exchange your package for another package or reschedule your event. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE ARE ALLOWED. Prices & menu items subject to change. Height restrictions apply. Outdoor attractions may close due to weather. Bumper Boats are seasonal.

  • Your holiday buffet can either be served in the Galaxy Event Center, or lane-side in Pinz or Z Lounge if space allows
  • Due to the popularity of Z Lounge for holiday parties, groups must pay for a minimum of 20 guests for four private lanes in Z Lounge, and 40 guests for eight private lanes, even if you have fewer guests.
  • No outside alcohol is allowed, including alcohol given as gifts. If your group consumes outside alcohol, you may be asked to leave.
  • Mobile bars are required in the Galaxy for groups of 50 or more.  Cocktail servers are required for groups of 25 or more.
  • If you are having a gift exchange, please let us know in advance so we can find a place to accommodate it.
  • The Team and bowling only are not available in Z Lounge from Dec 1-31. The Team can be booked on Pinz Main Lanes before 5pm from Dec 1-31.
  • During the month of December no Bowling Only reservations are available.
